Island Appraisals

If I could give Island Appraisals negative stars, I would. When I first learned that they were subcontracted out (by Appraisal Nation) to do the appraisal for a property I was attempting to purchase, I reached out immediately to facilitate the scheduling of the appraisal. Mr. Stankiewicz said it might take him some time to get out to see the property because of snow and was elusive. Eventually, I got him to name a general timeframe (M-W). Wednesday comes along, and no appraisal. I follow up and speak with his assistant, who said they had reached out to listing agent but didn't receive a call back. In addition, I leave a message directly for Mr. S. There is no response. I called the listing agent for the property, who notes that they had not received any communication from Island Appraisal
