We contacted this business after our father’s passing. We were assigned to work with an agent and two days later met to go to the home. We were told it would be done in two weeks. It ended up taking a month with no communication it would be late. When I asked to speak to the owner/manager. I never received a call back from him.

I have had many experiences with this company, both residential and commercial. My experiences have always been positive, and the appraisers are cooperative and realistic. Dean Lacrosse, as a commercial appraiser, is thorough and conscientious in a market where it is crucial to get information that is not often public facing. His due diligence and attention to detail in research and consideration of property sales is above and beyond what is often seen in commercial transfers. I can not speak highly enough about the team at Appraisal and Marketing.

We had ryan do a couple of appraisals for us and he was always courteous and professional. He did a quick turn around for us because you know in real estate, everyone is in a hurry. I would recommend them.

The Town of Bloomsburg has used this service twice in the last four years. We have used them for commercial tax base requests to assist with sustaining our tax base. They provide a very thorough report with great comparable values that hold up in court.

To say that this company is out of touch with reality, is an understatement. Dean Lacrosse did a commercial appraisal that terminated the sale of a property due to the lack of knowledge in commercial comps. He compared 15,000 sq ft of commercial space on a multiple acre lot with a newly paved 1-acre parking lot (also a corner lot on a major road) - to a few run-down pole barn/block buildings in the area that are not in the line of sight of any sort of traffic. One of the two buildings alone is 10,000+ sq ft steel building built in 2002 with AC, radiant heat in the 6" concrete floor, 3 phase power, and wired for multiple 220 connections. The appraisal came in at $50 per sq ft in 2022? This company should not be allowed to write appraisals on anything of value let alone commercial properties
