Springs at West Chester Apartments

I moved to Ohio and rented here for a year. I absolutely loved the community. All of the staff were always so helpful and kind. Maintenance was timely and courteous. The team holds multiple events throughout the year to help bring neighbors together. As someone who was brand new to Ohio, I couldn’t have lived somewhere better. I would definitely recommend renting here to anyone who wants a clean and friendly community. My only note is that parking for visitors can be a bit tight, so just keep that in mind when planning large get togethers.

I can’t say enough good things about our apartment manager, Arandhy. She goes above and beyond to be helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. Any issue is handled quickly and professionally, and it’s clear she truly cares about the residents. It makes a huge difference living somewhere that’s so well managed. Highly recommend!

I’m very happy that I decided to move here. The staff is extremely friendly and my apartment is very nice. Shelby from the leasing office helped me find the best unit for me and supported me every step of the way. Ken from maintenance is incredible and very helpful. I spent several months looking for an apartment and I am very happy with my choice.

I was immediately sold when I saw how good the property upkeep was while walking through the community. Shelby gave us the tour and you can tell she genuinely enjoys the Springs by how excited she gets showing the properties. The rest of the staff has been extra friendly and helpful as well - all extremely quick to assist us when we need it. My girlfriend and I committed and have been enjoying ourselves in our unique studio loft.

I love living here. Affordable luxury is how I would describe it. It is in incredible value. The staff and customer service is awesome and super responsive. It doesn't even take a full day for maintenance to come fix things usually. No complaints!
