Spring Terrace Apartments

This place has been great. I can walk to downtown Freehold, which if you know the area, is full of great restaurants and shops. I haven't experienced any problems here and I've been here 3 years. I had an issue with my shower once and the plumber was out right away. The super has been nice when I see him and he is ALWAYS cleaning the grounds and the laundry room (my unit didnt come with the washer/dryer inside).My hallway is clean but then again so am I! I love it here and plan on staying until I buy a house in the area.

They go by tower spring terrace llc in freehold. And yes very dirty on the outside. Trash everywhere. And the hallways in the building I don’t think ever been cleaned or vacuumed. I’ve cleaned my hallway area just so my visitors feel comfortable coming over. I even keep and automatic spray mister to hide the dirty carpet smell. I’ve compliant about the trash everywhere and dumpster over flowing with trash many times. They MIGHT clean it up. But most NOT! And they go through supers like it going out of style. I’ve heard the reason for that it’s due to them not paying their employees enough. Then have the nerve to charge over $1200.00 and not keep up with the outside. Can wait for the lease to end.

This place is an absolute joke. I've had documented instances of things being so broken down and disgusting that I'm currently embroiled in a pending court case with them. The entire property is disgusting and unkempt and they refuse to fix anything wishing only to put a band-aid on things until they break again. Management is awful and rude and the less I say about the current super the better. If you have a choice between living here or a dumpster, just invest in air fresheners and walk into that dumpster with a smile.

I live here, it was one of the worst decisions we have made. Just biding our time until the lease is up. The residents here are always outside yelling and wanting to fight each other, nothing ever gets done, police are here several times per month for various other residents. It really is a shame because the apartments themselves are nice but the neighbors you will be living among are absolute nightmares. I am writing this as I am hearing two women across the parking lot threatening to physically fight one another, one of them is pregnant. I hope that gives you an idea of what this neighborhood is like.

Worst neighborhood I've even lived in. Dirty. The super is so rude to tenants and contractors. Apartments barley get cleaned between tenants and no one has ever cleaned a single hallway.
