Spring Ridge

I would like to post a shout out to Ms. Yolanda Martinez, the Property Manager for Spring Ridge Apartments in Gaithersburg, MD. I have been a resident of the apartment community for almost 6 years ( it will be 6 years on January 31, 2026) During that time I have seen many property managers come and go. Ms.Yolanda is by far the best Manager I had the opportunity to engage with. Ms. Yolanda Martinez is very polite, she treats her tenants (including me) with empathy and respect. She makes us feel like we matter and we're not just a rent check. She is a refreshing change from all the staffers and managers before her and I appreciate that very much.

The property manager Yolanda is very hardworking she takes care of everything

I would like to say that we received great costumer service from the manager Yolanda Martinez. She was so nice, pleasant and treated us amazingly. We came in to the property unsure if we’re going to rent or not and just her great aura and positivity how she went above and beyond to show us the property and the amenities locked us in. You need more people like her. Very pleased and happy! I will recommend this property to anyone I know that may be looking for an apartment.

Carlos and Jose are very professional and nice. Every time I call them to come fix something in my apartment they will show up on time and get the work done. They’re very nice and professional people to work with.
