Spring House Apartments

Does anyone know how I can contact the regional manager for this property or the person the property manager reports to? I am trying to raise serious concerns about how this building is being managed. The property manager is very rude and unprofessional when dealing with tenants. Most of the residents in this building are Somali, and they often feel ignored when they report issues or ask for help. She treats them as if they are nothing and acts like she is racist. The office is also closed most of the time. I went there on Monday to request a CRP form so I could file my taxes because I still have not received it. The manager told me to come back today, but the office is closed again. There are also major cleanliness and maintenance problems in the building. The trash room is constantly ful

We love living at our apartment and at this building. We lived at this building for a while we lived here for for quite some time now and we got to know a lot of people and who people are we love how the management is here and there so nice to us all the time and they are very patient and very helpful for all of us here and the cleaners and maintenance are very helpful and patient and very kind they do very awesome work and a nice job here for this place and the people that live here are kind and helpful and there very patient also it's a awesome building to live at

Spring House Apartments is extremely unprofessional. Fatou, the leasing agent, lied about a unit being available and told me to apply. I submitted my application and paid the $75 application fee, only to have her text me afterward saying the unit was never available. If the unit wasn’t available, she should never have taken my money. When I tried calling to get answers, she ignored my calls and blocked my number. This is completely unacceptable and shows a pattern of misleading people just to collect fees. Do not apply here. Do not give them your money. Save yourself the frustration, stress, and wasted time.

Absolutely disgusting. This place should be held responsible and charged for how much trash is everywhere. It’s a dump! You have a lot of people that don’t care about others and themself who live here. Looks like a nice place but the people who live here treat it so bad that it’s so run down.

Since the new management took over, I've noticed a significant improvement in the overall security and management of the building. One of the biggest changes has been the effective measures to prevent package theft, which had been an ongoing issue before. The building now has better surveillance systems in place, and there's a more streamlined process for receiving deliveries, which has brought peace of mind. Additionally, I've seen other improvements in general maintenance, and communication with tenants has become more transparent. The new team has made it clear they care about resident safety and satisfaction, and it's refreshing to see the positive impact these changes have had. Overall, I feel much more secure and valued as a resident here. Highly recommend!
