We have been living here for three years. All the staff is really nice and professional. All maintenance requests are looked into promptly. Naida the manager is very responsive and helpful. The small park and playground has been lovely for our kids.

I stayed here for the past three years. Very safe and located in a convenient location. Maintenance requests are handled within a day and everyone is very courteous. To top it all - they returned our entire security deposit because we had stayed for 3+ years (I've never heard that happen elsewhere)

We had a taco event hosted by the leasing office this weekend! Great food and met some new neighbors. Thanks Naida and team for having us! We have really enjoyed living here and would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Now that we've stayed here for a few months, I can write an informed review. Our whole experience till date has been great. The apartment complex is clean, well organized, and taken of. The apartment itself is neat, with updated flooring and kitchen appliances. Items like cabinets are not "luxury" (e.g., drawers don't have sliders), but they are tidy, painted, and feel updated. When we came for apartment viewing, the managers were very polite, professional, and helpful. We came to view the apartment multiple times, and each time, the admin was nice and answered our questions patiently, without pressurizing us to lease.
