I love living here! Great neighbors! And the staff is amazing! Heather went the extra mile helping us get the right apartment for us! It’s clean, no pest!! Which if you lived in an apartment, you know exactly what I’m talking about. The service is excellent as well I had an issue and Donald fixed it right away!! Their staff is great! Definitely recommend living here!!!

When I first moved in they told me they cleaned. This is what I found. The smell of cat pee was shocking. I found 4 untreated stains (they just did a quick vacuum and said "cleaned") i found cat poop ON TOP of my cupboards. The master bathroom smelled like a beach bathroom with the showers visibly dirty with grim while the other bathroom didnt have a working toilet (the chain fell off) and thats when I found PEE under the lid of the reservoir. Ive watched roaches crawl out from the dishwasher and under the fridge many many times. Just a little PSA, for future residents, you need to bring your own fan for your rooms as they dont have any installed. How are you still reading this? Are you in that desperate need to find an apartment that you would still consider this place? Wild. Good luck i

I just want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding maintenance staff here at Spring Creek. Every time I’ve submitted a request, the response has been incredibly prompt, professional, and courteous. Chris and Joe showed up almost immediately. Chris was very informative and continually offered solutions to keep my air vents clean and my ac running right. Living in an apartment complex with a maintenance team this reliable gives me real peace of mind. Huge thanks to Chris and the boys!

I had a great experience with Spring Creek Apartments thanks to the amazing maintenance team. Joey and Chris were both polite, professional, and super attentive to my concerns. I had an issue with my AC, and they responded quickly and got it repaired in no time. It’s rare to find a team that’s both efficient and caring. I really appreciate their help and the peace of mind they provided. Great service all around!

The maintenance staff is fantastic , Joey ,Chris, and Mr. Griffin, the maintenance supervisor, do a great job .The new office manager is a bit huffy and seems to have little control of her emotions when speaking with the residents. I am surprised maintenance is as good as it is with the office manager being so difficult to deal with.Also if you need to break a lease due to a personal emergency fully expect the office person to not understand anything you are saying,become agitated and screamy with you and argue with everything you say and fail to produce your bill for a month. This place is sorry most of the units are Roach infested ,I did not have an issue due to bleach use ect.There were dog urine stains that were never removed fully and coordinating the reclean of the carpet upon move
