Absolutely love this community. So thankful I am able to live here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Glad I can call this place home. Hopefully I can afford to stay here, it's always a wing and a prayer for me.

Request to build banister at my apartment was submitted on a Monday. The response from the maintenance man was quick... the banister was competed the very next day. I appreciate the swift response!!

Lived there for 4 years, unfortunately moved because my job needed me elsewhere. Affordable and quiet. Maintenance is fast and reliable. Mike is one of the best landlords I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Would definitely live here again

I have lived here for the past year and really like it here. I'm sad to leave, but my job is moving me. I'm staying with the same property owners though in Panama City, so at least I'll be in the same management. Mike here is great and very helpful when I need him. It's quiet here and the neighbors are very respectful.

Lived here for seven years and all around was a great experience. Mike , the property manager always kept it professional to say the least! Quiet complex with Nice neighbors. Would definitely recommend.
