Aplin Apartments

We just moved into an apartment at Aplin Apartments and we love it here. The rent is so economical in comparison to other complexes in this area. The area is kept clean and neat. It’s been quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We have not had an issue of any kind. Our apartment was ready when promised and in fine working order. And, Melissa the manager is wonderful!

I really like living here. Melissa is very understanding and easy to work with. The maintenance guys keep the apartments maintained and grounds well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Overall it's a great place to live.

I definitely recommend living here. I live in a one bedroom. And might I say, they are very nice. Melissa is such a great person. God definitely works through her. She has helped so many people, including me. She is really good at what she does. The neighborhood is not bad AT all. Pretty quiet for the most part. The maintenance team definitely comes through IMMEDIATELY ! And they're always making sure everything is at its best. Melissa is always making great improvements. Thank you Aplin Team 🫶🏾

Me and my boyfriends first apartment and we enjoyed the 2 years living here. The landlord Melissa is so sweet and very understanding, a great landlord! Affordable rent too for a good sized home!

I have lived at the Aplin Apartments for the past 4 years and management has been GREAT! Our current Landlord, Melissa has been Kind, Professional, and Caring. Anytime that I have had a question or concern she has been quick to respond and offer help, and send maintenance when needed. So very thankful for her Grace and Compassion! Thankful, Monica
