Sue and Sarah are the best! They make a warm and welcoming experience. The environment at this apartment complex makes you feel like home and maintenance is top notch! Rented twice with them over the last several years and the new updates are great.

Loved living here. I felt very safe in this apartment complex during my short time living in Crestview. Very kind, helpful staff. Very clean grounds with very nicely updated facilities. All my neighbors kept to themselves, were very friendly yet quiet. One of my favorite apartment complexes I ever lived in.

I'm beyond happy I found Riverwood Apts. The apartments are newly updated and beautiful! Overall an awesome property with many amenities. After months & months of searching, Sarah is the ONLY one that was kind & called when availability opened it. Sarah & Sue are the sweetest ladies ever. I love all the little touches they do for us. I have never received a Valentine before living in an apt complex. It's the little things! They are the best!

If you want a place to live in a peaceful neighborhood, this is it! Besides that, GREAT Management! I don't believe any other apartment complex Management is can be this accommodating than Ms. Sue, and Sarah. They are very understanding and helpful. The apartments are clean, I never had any issues. I lived in an 1 bedroom and it was very roomy. Thank you guys....I miss my apartment! Greetings from Africa!!! :)

I LOVE living here! Sue and Sarah are so kind. I sadly have to move out before my lease is up due to closing on a new house and they were so accommodating! I’m very grateful for their amazing staff and beautiful apartments.
