Spencer's Mill Apartments

The older warehouse converted to Apartment and the units are fair. Newly renovated and Open floor model are nice. The amenities are great - gym, indoor play area includes ping pong, snookers, boards games etc., They have a conference room as well for the residents to use. All amenities are secured and meant for the residents and guests. Concrete walls, Open kitchen model, concrete cement floors, no carpet and very high ceiling. Highly reliable on the heater during winter months.

I like the creativity used to redo this building. It appears to have been done correctly and neatly. If you enjoy a rustic vibe mixed with modern and new, you should fit right in.

Beautiful place to live, however the landlord is what makes it special. I’m going to miss you Carolyn, thank you for an amazing four years.

Very nice apartments for people with big wallets! This town needs affordable housing for students and young adults!

Lots of stairs, nice location, hard to find the front entrence.
