NorthSide Mortgage Group is the absolute best around. From the time I began working with them Carmen made sure I was going to reach my goals. The whole process was extremely easy with clear communication in a very timely manner. Anytime I had questions or simple didn’t understand those questions were answered very quickly and with ease. They are not just a mortgage group, they become family. If you can do your part, they make the entire buying process so simple, take it from a girl who had no idea what she was doing. This was our first time purchasing a home and we were referred to Carmen at Northside Mortgage. I highly recommend NorthSide. My fiancé and I just purchased our first home together. Without NorthSide we would not have made it. They made us feel understood, and welcomed. They weren’t judgy when it came to us not understanding certain things and needing more information. They answered all 50,000 questions that I would ask (may not have been 50,000, but it was a lot). They were able to keep me calm when things would start to feel overwhelming and would help us anyway they could. They go above and beyond for their clients. This is by far this best group that anyone could ever work with! I could go on forever about this group but who really reads super long post! Just know that if you’re looking for the right person in your house buying process NorthSide is the place to go!

We just finished using Northside Mortgage for the third time. Awesome company to work with. Their response time to any question or business need is amazing. I hope I do not need another mortgage, but if I do I will be calling them again.
