River Hill Apartments

Management does not keep the laundry room up, there is only 1 working washer for 50 apartments . This is not acceptable to the tenants.

Lived here almost 2 years and hated to leave. My landlady Mary was awesome! She ran this place very professional and kept it safe. Anything that needed fixing that was reported was always fixed. Mary kept us informed of anything and everything we needed to know. We were allowed to have a washer and would have been nice to have a dryer but I could see there were no dryer vent openings but even having a washer was very helpful. I hang my clothes up to dry and that worked fine. The pesticide man kept all insects under controlled. Maintenance always came fixed things even after hrs. I would love to live here again someday if timing is right. Love my stay at Camden apts.

At this apartment complex you are not allowed to have a washer and dryer in your apartment which is bull crap. They provide 5 washer and 6 dryers it costs $1 to wash and $1 to dry. I just went to wash clothes and there is only 1 working washer. They just now got all the dryers fixed. We went weeks with only 3 dryers. There is always a washer messed up. If they arent going to provide working washers and dryers then let us have them in our apartments.

There's this one couple with a dog that keeps barking DAY AND NIGHT NIGHT AND DAY (it looks a Blue Healer or something), and they're constantly banging/dropping things/falling(?!?) on the walls and floor I suppose, how noisy it gets every evening. OH! Also they're constantly running water, for whatever reason (IDK what they could possibly be using it for all the time, you aren't allowed to have washers in the units, and it's always so late at night too).. Something needs to be done here, some people have WORK here, and at least the woman, Kelly or whatever her name is, goes out every two hours to what I assume is a job, but some of us aren't so lucky to have something so un-taxing and easy.. A resident of the complex sold my brother a gun (my brother is a minor) tried to go to the office to talk to the manager mary and she just laughed it off and said it was fine and nothing was wrong about it saying nothing will come of it basically brushing it off. Multiple residents here has tried to sell drugs to my brother (again hes a minor) went to mary about it and she once again laughed it off. Cops have done nothing either. this Is not a good place to live at all!! Especially with children.
