Spencer Creek Apartments

I have been a resident of the Spencer Creek family for multiple years now. There have been many positive changes over the years and the staff thrives to make the community a safer and more cohesive place for their tenants to live. I have to say, the present property manager, Miss Candace, is by far one of the best they have had along with the Maintenance Manager, Rob. It’s refreshing to have both of them listen to issues and the needs of residents and not just ignore issues that need immediate attention. Their professionalism has gone a very long way! Also, I love my neighbors and feel very blessed.

I have lived here for six years. I enjoy my stay. If you’re looking for an apartment that feels like a home and you are treated with respect and great customer service, pick Spencer Creek Apartments! The Property manager Candice is very nice and helpful. She goes above and beyond for the community. Maintenance staff is excellent, fast at fixing the repairs. Property is kept very clean. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an apartment. Words cannot express the gratitude and level of excellent customer service that you receive as a tenant here. Candice is the absolute best asset to this entire community!

I love living here! I've been here for over 15 years. Candice in the office is very friendly and gets to my needs pretty fast. Rob the maintenance guy is awesome too! Also very friendly. The complex is located to everything I need! Great place😊

I've been living here for over 5yrs. Seeing this property over go many turns but now I can truly say this apartment complex has been their for me and my family through my hard time. The kind heart staff. Checks on me and made sure I had resources to places that could help me. It's extremely difficult to find a property still care deeply about their tenants and not just seeing you as money. Grateful to be here still. 🙏🏾

I'm about to moving in shortly, and I wanted to shoutout Candace, the administration person who helped me out. I had tried calling a couples times, but decided to pop in to try and talk to someone. She got me all setup with an application, and once I filled it out, it took only a few days for her to get back to me and finish the process. She was really nice and helpful! Looking forward to moving in soon!
