I’m not sure who finds it acceptable to talk to a single mom who’s trying to rent out a home and then turn around and tell a disabled veteran to leave you treat your tenants like crap from what I’m hearing and people who are trying to rent a home a clean home who’s an amazing tenant you turn your back on and treat like crap but you keep the $50 and don’t even do a credit check if you’re gonna treat people like that you should just give them their money back and not even worry about wasting their time it’s disgraceful that you treated a disabled eight year-old veteran the way you did and a single mom shame on you you don’t know the situation so for you to pass judgment the way you did it’s disgraceful reading the reviews of you guys treating your homeowners better than you do. One Star - Because If I Could Give Zero, It would Still Feel Too Generous Let me take you on a journey. A tale of cat urine, patchy paint, and a property management company whose motto must surely be “Do Less.” When we moved into our rental managed by SoWesCo, we were greeted by the unmistakable aroma of eau de cat pee. One of the bedrooms was clearly used as a full time litter box by the previous tenants’ cats. The smell was otherworldly. This was done real fast, everything was communicated clearly, so that I understood, what was going to happen at every step. It was great working, with SoWesCo Property Management, from leasing my house to selling it. No issues! Thank you!

I had hired a different property management company before hiring Daniel with SoWesCo property management. I should have read the reviews beforehand but I didn't. The other company had my house contracted and did nothing and set empty for 3 months before I went to SoWesCo property management. We made a few changes and he had it rented 2 days after listing it. The communication with Daniel has been outstanding. He has put my mind at ease and did in days what the other company failed to do in months. Anyone looking to use a property manager, this is the company to choose. It has been such a good and reassuring experience. I only wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. So. There’s a few things going on here. I tried genuinely being patient calling and being on hold for over an hour at a time with no response. And that was for about a week. I put in an application and I found out that the property was delisted before they even informed me of it being so. I tried one last time to call about a property today I was interested in renting and heard “oh my god” in the background and got put on hold. Take this review how you will. I’m going to rent LITERALLY anywhere else. Their response isn’t even the full conversation btw everyone, I was referring to a completely different property than the one that was delisted they aren’t willing to show that I actually reached out (check the time stamps. 11:14-11:18 text response. 4 min is a phone call to being put on hold
