Allen guided us through each and every step. He is very knowledgable, very professional. I never regretted working with him He helped us sell our house and even helped us at maintaining the the property like sending the handyman to repair things, guiding who to call if repairs are needed. 5 Stars! Couldn't recommend Gabriel Garcia (AE Realty's Buyer's Agent) enough!! When we spoke with Allen (AE), he referred us to his agency's Buyers agent, Gabriel Garcia. Even though we only met Gabriel once for a property viewing in San Juan County, we're now looking back in Colorado (so he won't be our agent), I had to write this review because he is simply an amazing human being.
