PURE Property Management of New Mexico

Dishonest right from the beginning ! They state "Get A Free Rental Analysis Today!" , " today " came and went and turned out to be a flat out lie. After several additional calls the next day, I was told I couldn't get what they promised after all that wasted time with the excuse that they don't do commercial rentals, which it does not mention at all. This company operates in bad faith and you can't trust them. False advertising ,unprofessional, very difficult to get anyone on the phone. We won't be using them for any of our residential rentals either. They should do what they say they will do , when they say they will do it.

Worst experience of my life. Rented for over ten years and HomeVault takes the cake in losing. Their impossible to get ahold of and often unresponsive when can get ahold of them. Would not make repairs and consistently where unhelpful, except for Janelle who is actually helpful. Just take a look at some of HomeVaults responses to it's reviews to see the kind of people your dealing with. Oh and check out this deck that went unfixed for over a month.

As nerving as it is to find a new place to call home, I’m grateful to say Anne at pure property management has been extremely helpful from helping me get a scheduled viewing that works best for me to helping me with the application making sure I didn’t have any concerns. I’m pleased with the service and the guidance that I received. Thank you ☺️
