Do not go with Michael Colomb under any circumstance. If he is the only one available, go somewhere else. He made this whole situation extremely stressful and was very unprofessional. He was always hard to get a hold of. Regardless if I called, text, or emailed, he rarely got back to me. he did not keep me updated on the process and I have been extremely stressed for the last month straight. I typically only heard from him once a week where he would send me a 1 paragraph email with little to no information. We also had to delay the close date because Mike did not have everything ready in time. He even bad mouthed my relator and tried to blame the delay on her.
