Sovereign & Saxony Apartments

Horrible experience. Went into the rental office at 23 Auburn st in Framingham to meet with Amy. She said on the phone that they had a 2 bedroom special for 2150 and they had openings in September and she kept pushing me to come to the office. When I got to the office and showed me the demo apartment she said the rent was 2350 and said the special was only for August. That’s not what she said on the phone. STAY AWAY from this place. They are completely unethical and lack integrity in how they operate and do business. Very disappointing because I was ready to move forward that day, pay the deposit and first months rent.

The maintenance crew here at The Saxony Apartments has been fantastic over the 4 years I have lived here. They are quick to respond and are knowledgeable on all aspects of the Building. I have had my dishwasher, oven and garbage disposal replaced and always in a timely manner. They were able to answer any questions I had on the appliances and their operations in a friendly and courteous manner. During winter storms the parking lots are always being cleared and plowed even during the height of the storms.Kudos to the maintenance staff. Keep up the good work !

Excellent apartments. Well kept- from the time of moving in, the entire staff has been available and taken care of any concern. With that said, concerns have been minimal, just to fix a broken light, and maintenance was there within the hour to address. The office staff is excellent, and make a great effort to communicate with you. The tenants are all professionals, clean and tidy, and the laundry room is a plus- on site laundry in the buildings. The pool is CLEAN and maintained, with a lifeguard staff. The supervisors ensure security of the buildings, and are very pleasant to be around. Overall- this is a great place and great price in metro west area, hop and a skip from I90, or route 9, and great management!!!

I lived in both of the complexes (Saxony & Sovereign) from 2017 to 2023 and had a really great experience. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The maintenance is outstanding. They replaced my disposal, fixed noise in my fridge very promptly and did other small things. They even gave me a ride from their office to Saxony when I didn't have a car, since it was on their way. Electricity, free heat and water were always there. The pool is very clean, and often there is nobody there besides the guard if you go during a working day! Parking is always available, and they even let you reserve a place if you want to. It is far enough from Rt 9 and Pike, so you can barely hear any cars, but close enough for a great commute to Boston and surrounding areas. Grocery stores, supermarkets

I was happy to call Sovereign Apartments home for almost four years. Convenient location, affordable rent (in comparison to the rest of the area), and an excellent staff truly made the difference in my living experience. The community is also very nice, and I got on well with those neighbors that I had the pleasure of getting to know. The amenities are fairly no frills, but if you're not looking for all the bells and whistles of some of the other apartment complexes in the MetroWest area, you could do far worse than Sovereign and Saxony Apartments.
