Fox Howe

I visited Fox Howe during my many apartment tours. One of the Property Managers, Chris Fucci, met with me and happily showed me multiple units, on top of all of the incredible amenities Fox Howe has to offer. They have multiple community spaces, an incredible gym, and even work from home spaces available to the tenants. Not only was I impressed by how clean, stylish, and new the apartments were, I was super impressed by Chris’s familiarity with every person we walked by during the tour. He waved and addressed every person by name as we passed by them. It was a breath of fresh air to feel like there was an actual sense of community within the complex. Great community with a very welcoming and positive atmosphere. The management team made a strong impression — Christopher was especially helpful, professional, and genuinely willing to assist with any questions. The apartments are new, modern, and in excellent condition. Everything looks clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it feels like a place where residents are well taken care of. Would definitely recommend checking this community out.

We had such a great experience touring this apartment community. Chris and Kim were incredibly patient, welcoming, and detailed throughout the entire process. They were extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel pressured. What stood out most was how understanding they were of our needs—they truly listened and made us feel comfortable, like we were already home. Out of five different places we toured, their team is a big reason we’re choosing to move forward here. Being part of a community with a supportive, genuine team really matters to us, and Chris and Kim absolutely delivered that. They treat this place like their home, and they certainly made us feel the same way. Highly recommend!

We are so happy to be a part of the Fox Howe community. Everyone has been very welcoming to both us and our dogs. Chris was particularly very helpful throughout the application process. He was very knowledgeable and provided thoughtful and timely responses to our many questions. We are in LOVE with our new apartment. From our patio to our spacious kitchen with new appliances, we couldn’t be happier. Maintenance has also been very helpful and easy to contact with quick turnaround with helping us with our concerns. We wanted to share the amazing experience we had with Christopher Fucci and the entire Fox Howe staff. From our first tour to our expected move-in date, the process has been incredible. Chris provided the most in-depth and thorough tour we have received. He gave us plenty of time to take everything in and never made us feel rushed. He truly made us feel welcomed. Throughout the application and leasing process, he guided us step by step and was genuinely happy to help every single time. The Fox Howe staff has been just as wonderful. Everyone has been supportive and helpful during a time that is typically stressful. Instead, our minds are at ease and we cannot wait to move in a few weeks.
