Modera Framingham

Ariff, the leasing consultant, was really nice during the tour and he responded to all of our questions, showed me and my husband all the different options of apartments that we were interested, and took his time to let us see all the amenities. We have been living in Modera for a month now, and it’s been a great experience. The building is always clean and quiet, we enjoy so much living here!

I have been residing at this apartment complex for a while now and I find it to be a generally pleasant place to live. The apartments themselves are well-maintained with modern amenities that meet most of my needs. The management team is attentive and responsive, addressing any issues I have quickly and efficiently, which is greatly appreciated. The community areas such as the pool, gym, and common halls are clean and well-kept, providing a great space for relaxation and socializing with neighbors. Noise levels are typically low, making it a peaceful environment.

Lived here for 3 years. The last year was the worst. We moved to the 6th floor because the upstairs neighbors were unbearably loud at all hours. There was a sewage smell that we had to have maintenance address 8 TIMES in one year and they were never able to fix the issue. Maintenance team is very kind but there aren't enough of them to take care of the building. The doors and elevators are constantly unsecured and broken. The fire alarms go off at least once a month for no reason. Leasing gave us a hard time every single time we had to contact them and proceeded to nickel and dime us each time we wanted to renew and even when we left. Although they're too strict about the policy and can forget about the human element of the customer service. 7. The apartments are noisy as they're next to a railway track and the trains are quite loud as they tend to honk the horn while they pass 8. When someone walks in the apartment above you can clearly hear them. In addition to that it makes the door of the apartment shake and makes you feel like someone is knocking on the door rigorously.
