The Buckley Apartments

Do you want to be constantly woken up at 2am by a snowplow right outside of your window? What about 5am by a leaf blower or weedwhacker? No matter the season, if you live at The Buckley you will frequently find yourself exhausted by the round-the-clock effort to keep its parking lot (which 1/2 of the apartments face down on) clean, which the staff seem to value more than the basic need of its residents to sleep. It's fine that they try to maintain the grounds of the apartment, but the cost is that you will often be jolted out of sleep by the sounds of a 2-stroke engine; it's like living next to someone who mows their lawn 24/7. Please, for the love of all that is holy, cool it with the excessive maintenance during the late night/early morning.

Just moved into the Buckley Apartments and couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing team here! From day one, Mark and Ferduce in the leasing office have been incredibly helpful, making sure every detail of the move-in process and community experience was smooth and welcoming. They’ve made us feel part of the community right away, which has meant so much. And Paul, the best maintenance guy you could ask for, welcomed us with open arms and was ready to jump in and help with anything we needed. His attentiveness and kindness made moving in effortless. Truly an outstanding team that makes Buckley feel like home from the start! 🙌🏽

We love living at The Buckley, not only is the property beautiful, but the maintenance team is unmatched! Specifically Paul, the Maintenance Supervisor, attends to our every need quickly and efficiently! Every time I’ve submitted a service request, Paul is there the same day to take care of it! Renting at the Buckley is a true testament to investing in your free time when you have a maintenance team this great!

I've lived in the Buckley apartments for a few months now and Paul Carapanta has been amazing with our maintenance requests! The day we first moved in, some minor things weren't in order in our bathroom. We went to speak with the leasing office and before we even got back to our apartment, Paul had taken care of the issue. More recently, our garbage disposal was backed up and we were hosting a dinner party the next day. I put a request in before leaving to run some errands. Same story: before I got back, Paul took care of everything. On top of all that, he's incredibly friendly. I say good morning to him every day when I leave for work and he does really make this apartment feel like a home

The Buckley is a great place to live and my wife and I have been very happy here over the past few years. The people who work here are very helpful and they keep the complex looking great. The office holds a number of events for the residents that really help build a sense of community.
