I would like to thank Christa Tracy for her above and beyond the call of duty performance. She helped us through what could have been a rough situation. We had an issue with my son's property in NW Vanderburgh County. My son had gotten some land years ago from my brother and was already building on it. There was a small section that needed a Quit Claim signed by my brother and his wife. I found out on a Friday and the closing on the mortgage was on the next Friday and the contractor, a friend, was using his $$ to build until we closed. The office is easy to find, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they even gave us a housewarming gift.
