We have used Darleen in the past but decided to try out a different lender when we were working on financing a new home purchase this summer. BIG MISTAKE! When an issue came up less than two weeks before we were scheduled to close, the lender we were working with basically gave up on getting us approved. We called Darleen late on a Friday before a long holiday weekend and she worked tirelessly to help us through the application process so that we could get approved in time to make our initial closing date (and not lose the house). What the other lender was unable to get approved over the previous two months, Darleen was able to get completely approved, from start to finish, in less than a week! We will never use anyone else and would highly recommend her and her team to everyone!
