My family and I love the Decatur Crossings branch! Joy, Patsy, and the rest of the team there are all wonderful! They are always so polite and knowledgeable, all while creating a welcoming and friendly environment. Even after moving to a neighboring city, we continue to pass by our new local branch and make the drive back to this location because we value that it’s always a smooth and pleasant interaction. 5 stars for this great team!
Mrs. Mcwhorter was super helpful and extremely nice! She answered all my questions on the spot and if she didn’t have an answer she made a phone call right then. Would definitely recommend her and this bank location

Recently tried to open an account here because I wanted a local bank. Not sure where the communication went wrong online but I was prompted to go into local bank. Went to bank gave my personal information and no response. I will continue business with Navy Federal until I find a local banks that meet my needs.
So glad I became a customer here. They are always so nice and get your transactions done in a timely manner.
