I've been renting from them for almost 3 years now, and when I decide to purchase, it will be through them. I cannot be more happy with how I've been treated, how fast they are to respond when I've needed something, and the home I've enjoyed for almost 3 years now. This is the worst place to try and communicate with the apartment in florence al is unliveable I had to get out and now no one there has water and and hour ago a lot of people has told on cw Facebook that there is mold evreywhere and its just a disaster

This will be an honest review of this company from a former tenant. No malice intended. I rented a property from this company from 9/15 to 2/18. I met the owner of Southern Oak, Blake, at the property two weeks prior to move in. There were several small maintenance issues he assured me would be fixed before I moved in: - No exterior lights working (bulbs) - Carpet had very noticeable stains and cigarette burns in multiple places. - Carpet had ripples in multiple rooms, needed to be stretched. - 6"x12" hole in master bedroom closet drywall where they had repaired a damaged water spigot but did not repair the drywall - Return air grill was damaged and would not latch. - Refrigerator door shelves were broken and taped together. They replaced the return air grill, and stretched the carpet,
