If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been here several years and not once has this property looked like a land fill. But now new owners took over and yes the new toilets are nice. But why worry about giving us new toilets when you can’t even keep the outside of the property looking nice. The dumpsters are always overflowing. The new dog park you just put in is filled with dog poop, there’s been furniture and trash sitting outside the 300 building for a week now. Not counting my neighbor is always leaving piles of trash outside my door on a weekly basis that sits there for days end at a time bc she won’t go down the stairs and dump it. Love this new company! Our internet is only $65 a month! We get 85 channels and 1 gig with the Spectrum Ready deal. We literally only pay a power bill separately. The Manager even helped me move in on a Saturday!

The management has been making great updates. they’re putting in brand new toilets and countertops, and I’m so excited to see the improvements. It’s nice to live somewhere that actually takes care of the property and listens to residents. Can’t wait to see how everything looks when it’s finished!

She’s very nice, friendly, attentive, fair and she cares about her tenants. She makes sure that everyone is taken care of! John Wayne is one of the best maintenance men ever! He has always made sure that everything was taken care of!✨
