I live here and it’s a really good neighborhood. The houses are very nice and the people who live here are also kind. There is a pool for PME residents and their guests only. The clubhouse is a great and pretty cheap place to rent out for parties. There are 4 tennis courts and 3 pickle ball courts. There is also a swimming pool and basketball court and playground on clubhouse grounds. The neighborhood is very close to point mallard park which can also be a plus.
Nice apartments don't know about staff or rent.
