Southern Pines Apartments

I lived here back in 2016 and it was great I moved back at the end of 2018 and my experience here has been a up hill battle with having any of my property fixed the on site property manger Ashely is rude and unprofessional she has made it difficult for me and my family she has made false allegations against me she has had my door kicked in by the police claiming their was drug use, she used an false name to police officer and was standing outside my property laughing at the situation. Mind you nobody ever called me to see if the claims where true. I let the officer search my town house and the only thing he found was My prenatal vitamins. she made a false lease violation against me and refused to give me her corporate number I've gone up to the office to pay rent and she would lock the doo

The property manager is very nice, Maintenance is very quick, we have never had to wait days for them to come. All the apps are very easy to use for when you need maintenance. We love living here it's very peaceful.

I visited a friend here and spent the weekend. There was a maintenance issue and honestly thought my buddy was in a spot cause it's the weekend. Their maintenance man was out there and fixed his issue quickly. The apartments are looking better since the last time I was here a few years ago. Shout out to their maintenance guy, I think his name is Justin. Amazing and friendly guy.

I have lived in these apartments for the last year, and we have had a few random maintenance issues pop up. Justin has always been there as quick as he could be. Super nice guy very polite. I always see him around different parts of the complex, so he’s always on top of whatever is going on here!

Tuesday was our visit to the property, and Ms. Mariah Santos, the property manager, was incredibly cordial and accommodating. She gave us excellent customer service and paid close attention to our needs. Thank you for providing Stellar customer service and making us feel welcome :) Many thanks for that!
