I just moved from out there it is roach infested. I would’ve been there one year and no one ever came out there to spray my water bill was sky high and I begged them to come out there to fix the leak and no one ever did it left me with a $278 water bill for the final bill they charge you for ridiculous stuff who charges for a key and not returning it on time and I still have not received my deposit and I gave it when I first moved in and it’s been 30 days ago and she’s gonna tell me give them another seven days and every time you call the office no one is answering the phone for Southern management? Very unprofessional

I thought this company was awesome until I found out they sub contract the work needing to be done on their houses to the cheapest bidder. Cheap is not always good. I work in a home that is managed by this company. They contracted Latinos to do the roof on the home a year ago. Although they were fast they were not efficient and left nails all in the parking lot causing 2 of my coworkers and I to have have nails in our tires. Fast forward to 2 months ago they contracted the same type of workers to do siding on the home. They came to the job site with their children and left mess for the staff to have to clean up . I didn’t care about that. My concern was once again the nails. After finding more than 15 nails I contacted Wendy Poole to inform her of my findings and she let me know she would

Been renting daughter haven’t had heat in her room for 3 years new heater never worked. Mold in the toilet and the ceiling about to caved in they are rude and disrespectful out stay gossiping about folks in the rent office. You gotta be on section 8 too get things fix. Power stay going out bad wiring and all. 595 for a death trap and I have kids with special needs smh I’m moving before my apartment catch fire like the one near me did In May 5 years nothing but drama rent never been late. They want their money on time but want fix nothing

Lantana Apartments needs too be shut down. 7 years nothing got fix . Mold inside the apartment. Bad electrical problems. Billing for unnecessary things after you moved out.

The staff that is over Celia Saxon is not returning phone calls I have a leak up under my sink. they won't return calls for me to let them know I already put in other work orders and gotten no response but want rent paid on time .
