I would give them 10 stars if I could! We just closed on our home with Madison last Friday after working with them since January of this year. We met with Billy in the Columbia office, he took the time to explain all of our options and the process on how Madison handles their builds. We were never rushed or pushed one way or another to make decisions. When we got to the point that we needed to start making selections for the interior and exterior of our home, we had plenty of options to chose from (a blessing and a curse!) and Billy was able to guide us an answer any questions we had. From the beginning to the end the process was so easy. The team (Billy, Greg, Angie and Angelina) were AMAZING to work with. They never hesitated to take my calls, answer questions, make changes that I would come up with. I was also very happy that they didn’t flinch at some pretty big changes that I wanted to make to the floor plan. I would recommend Madison to anyone.
