Granby Oaks Apartments

This is the first apartment I’ve stayed in after moving to columbia and was never disappointed with my decision in the 9 months of stay. Amazing management and maintenance team is always on top. Best thing I loved here is lot of parking space with a quiet neighborhood. And couldn’t ask for more when you have a food lion and planet fitness in walkable distance.

My roommate and I moved here and out all of the other apartments i’ve lived at, this is by far the best. Not only is my apartment super cute / have lots of space, Courtney (the property manager) and Stephanie (one of the leasing office associates) were extremely helpful and patient with my roommate and I throughout the entire process. I’ve lived here for almost a month now and for the first time i’m not planning on looking for another place to call home. I got maintenance done today and Jason was AMAZING. He answered all of my questions and fixed all the things I mentioned (very minor things like the back screen door lock / my kitchen window) plus more. All of my family and friends love my new apartment and I’m happy to finally call an apartment my home!

They have a serious cat problem. On multiple occasions while going to work, cats tried to jump into my car. I also have to check before opening my apartment door to make sure no cats are outside, because they will try to run inside. At night, they make loud, agonizing yowling sounds that wake you from your sleep. I don’t believe management has any plans to address this issue. If they fix it, I’ll delete this review, but if not, the problem remains unresolved.

I’ve lived at Granby Oaks for two years now and it’s been such a great experience! Courtney and Stephanie at the leasing office are amazing in every way. The apartments are in a perfect location and walking distance to shopping, river walk and breweries. I love my apartment and if you are thinking about moving here then I definitely recommend that you do!

Granby Oaks is amazing!! From the management team to the maintenance crew. When you walk into the office, they are ready with a smile and always there to help with whatever you need. My favorite thing is that they always have snacks.
