Property management is a tough business and PMI Palmetto handle it with great professionalism and diligence. They are very responsive and do an amazing job bridging the tenant and owner gap. They have good reporting, pay draws quickly, and screen tenants well. I’d highly recommend PMI Palmetto to anyone with a rental property in the midlands

They were excellent at getting me into an apartment very quickly but that's where the good experience ended. They are slow to respond to high priority work orders if they respond at all. The dryer outlet vent in my place was completely clogged and the first response I got was the apartment didn't come with a dryer so I would have to take care of it. I put in another high priority work order and it took days to get a response from them. What's the point of a priority system then? This is not worth the aggravation to me. The stars are for the staff who helped expedite my move in. They were great.

My family of 5 adults and 2 children just had a fabulous mini-cation mid- February at Serenity View Lakeside Retreat on Lake Murray with PMI . The house is spacious, comfortable, and a home away from home. The rental process was easy and Katie provided expert assistance! The view is lovely anytime of day or night .
