DO NOT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! If I could I would give 0 stars. In the 3years I have been here the property has changed owners at least 5 times. I haven't had a lease since 2022. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. I have had the same water damage in my bathroom for 2years. I have been without air since last year and when I notify them they say they are waiting on Freon which is a lie. My kitchen light doesn't work. I have had to use the light over my sink and stove to cook. There is a tenant's bother who chases people and turns your lights off at the breaker box. I wish I could add pictures because I have proof of everything I just stated.

Very Quiet,Spaceous Apartments! Ever Since Mrs Sylvia Thomas Has been managing them so much work has been done! If you want to live somewhere peaceful and Quiet Southbrook Garden is where you want to live!

I love my apartment and the environment has improved. I was once scared to go to the dumpster and check my mailbox after 5. Mrs. Miller thank you for making it safe for us again. Progress is going well and keep up the good job.💖

Mrs.Tameka is the best Property Manager I have had since I’ve lived in SouthBrooke Gardens. She helps all her tenants regardless of what’s the problem she support us. She will not give up on you!
