Southbrook Apartments

EDIT: Renee the property manager is dishonest. She had me sign the document confirming the condition of my apartment and assured me I would only be charged for carpet cleaning. She added things to the document afterwards and is now charging me for things when I'm no longer able to contest it. She does not care about you and is not a professional. This was underhanded. Everything else stands, but watch your backs. I lived here for three years, it was my first apartment, and it was a great experience. I only left because I had to move out of town. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and my apartment was in great condition when I got it. Office staff were always kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Maybe I was just lucky in my timing, but I never had to wait a full 48 hours for a maintenance

It’s a great apartment complex! The office and management is very friendly and very opening! The maintenance team is very aware and takes cares of things in a timely fashion!

This is the best place we have ever lived! Staff is wonderful! Everyone from Valerie the manager, whom always has an open door, strives to keep this place nice. Even if she knows it might not make her the most popular, she works day and night to ensure our safety and peace of mind! Morgan the assistant manager is amazing as well! She is so sweet and remembers me by name every time! The maintenance guys are wonderful! They work so hard to keep this place beautiful inside and out! If you want more than just an apartment, if you want a home and a community I highly recommend Southbrook! We have never been happier and plan to stay a very long time!

I’ve only lived here for 2 months but I’ve been so impressed so far I had to go ahead and write a review. The application and move-in process was so quick and easy and the apartment was cleaned very well. The maintenance guys respond quickly and are very thorough. The complex itself is very well maintained and quiet. The apartment is a great size for the price. I looked at many complexes but am so glad to have ended up here. I highly recommend considering Southbrook!

My partner and I have been living here for a few months and we love our apartment. From the start of our application to the move in, we were beyond satisfied with the amazing customer service we received. The process was fast and easy, they always had answers to any question we asks, as well as quick to respond to any concern that needed to be addressed. We are glad we call Southbrook our home.
