Excellent location, best landlord I've ever had (super responsive and helpful manager, amazing and timely maintenance staff). Also, it's a wonderful community with access to a nature preserve for woodsy walks and rentable garden beds! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the rent prices. From an overall experience perspective, we love living here!
I am approaching my fifth month at renting at South Village townhomes. I am very happy I chose this complex. The townhome has all the amenities I was looking for and more! I would highly suggest checking out South Village for a tour. You won’t be disappointed.
