Would not recommend. Agent’s priority clearly was a transaction happening and her commission, not a good home for us. She actively worked against us at times, for example arguing against our request to do a sewer inspection because “it’s not allowed by the contract” (it was) and failing to tell us some obvious and visible problems we discovered after moving in and seeing the house for the first time (we were remote buyers). The whole thing soured us permanently on real estate agents. Their incentives are utterly misaligned with yours. They do not “work for you” lol. They work on the shortest path to their commission. Caveat emptor.

I cannot say enough great things about Jana Granzella! We have a long lasting relationship with Jana – as this was our third time working with her. She goes above and beyond to work with us in finding the right home and is extremely patient through the entire process. She also is honest to say "we can do better" and let's keep looking. Jana is someone that I can 100% recommend in your home buying or selling process. She's done both for us! She is extremely detail oriented and has even gone to the town hall to find property records when an item is in question. She's the best - both caring and really straight forward when she needs to be.

Bob Maisie made our purchase go as smoothly as possible. We moved to Vermont from out of state and he helped with logistics, finding us inspectors and repair people (who we will use forever, they're great!) and answering countless questions. We recommend Bob to anyone looking for a savvy local Vermont broker!
