Tom is an amazing property manager! He always gets back to you quickly if you were to call about an issue at the rental unit and would come to the unit quickly to assess the situation and come up with a plan in a timely manner. He’s very personable and easy to talk to. He was okay with me redecorating the place a little and making it my own. He also keeps the units clean, reliable and up to date, as well as being very good about communicating about unit updates or giving me a heads up if my apartments needed to be inspected for anything. If I move back to the area I would definitely rent from Tom again if possible.

Tom was a great property manager at the house we were renting. He was attentive to problems, didn't try to just implement cheap solutions, and cared about the status of the house. Additionally, he would allow us to do home improvements that made our rental experience better and he genuinely appreciated the minor improvements we made (painting, etc.). I would recommend working with Tom.

Tom does a great job with the property, and has made a number of thoughtful improvements, and is generally very helpful with issues, even if they might be a bit weird. Tom is kind and understanding, and not your "typical landlord"; he's a nice guy and he's very reasonable. Happy here.

Tom checked in on a property for us when we were away for an extended period. He was always professional and very responsive. I would recommend him unreservedly for residential property management based on the service that he provided to us.

Lived in one of their units for over 2 years and have no complaints! Our unit was located very close to the Burlington area and rent pricing was very competitive given the location. Any issues we had with the unit were resolved in a timely fashion, and we were always treated with respect and understanding. Even when things got complicated due to the pandemic, we were able to work out a solution that worked well for all of us! Five stars for sure!
