South View Apartments and Townhomes

I absolutely loved my time at Imperial Towers. The management is so responsive and Caitlin is so kind and helpful. I would never leave this building if I wasn't moving out of town. I couldn't ask for a better place to live for my time in State College. Cannot recommend enough!

I moved into a nicely renovated one-bedroom apartment, and the experience has been great so far. I only had to pay for the days after I moved in, which was halfway through the month, making it very convenient. The staff has been helpful, especially Caitlin Dreamer, who made the process smooth. Maintenance is quick to respond when needed, and the apartment is well-kept. Overall, I’m really happy with the place.

I lived here for the past year and would have stayed if I didn't have to move for work! Caitlin in the office and Tom in maintenance were always responsive and very friendly. The place was well-maintained and management/maintenance were great. Best apartment experience I've had in the last 5 years in State College!

We absolutely love living here! Caitlin is very responsive and helpful. Our apartment is spacious and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. We’ve lived at several apartments in State College and this has been by far the best experience we’ve had!

Very happy with the whole experience! I have lived in the building for over a year and have had very few issues. Even when my AC broke the custodial team came right away to help us out. Honestly for the price the apartments are very nice and if you ever have any issues management is quick to resolve them.
