It might not be in the "best part of town" but they have been working hard to fix the place up and they aren't finished yet... they are still continuing to go through and doing some upgrades and also making sure it is a safe place for everyone. They are a huge help to many families... May God Bless them all!!!!

These apartments are public housing, anything left on your porch will disappear by the next day. Maintenance is not kept up so there are always issues and it seems like most of the parents here let their children run free without supervision regardless of age. I would not live here unless it is literally your only option.

Could be way better, but quiet

Was parked outside didn't go inside the apartments. But from what I saw it was good neighborhood & the owner rides around routinely to make sure there are no problems.

Very poor management. And the main Maintenance man is more worried about what female tenants he can blackmail than fixing anything properly.
