Good afternoon...I just want to say, i love my place and community. Its peaceful and welcoming. Ive never had a issue there, im so grateful and appreciate Ms LaKathyrn Robinson, shes been so kind towards me and understanding in my situation. Shes very appreciated on my end. Ma'am keep up the wonderful work! God bless you and ur family.

Horrible horrible. Only wanted an apartment and have been trying to call repeatedly for 2 days and have yet to talk to them. I eventually had them pickup only for them to hang up on me before I could talk. Management should really take action because they just lost me as a resident and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Not answering the phone is always the most telling thing about a company.

The maintenance men are pretty good about fixing things when necessary. They do still need to fix the heating part of our HVAC system. They are nice and polite and helpful when I go in the office or call on the phone. I have seen some trash on the ground and spots where people don’t pickup after their dogs. The complex is pretty quiet.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience since moving here. A few hiccups, but upon contacting management, they were quickly resolved. LaKathryn the manager is consistent when it comes to ensuring all of her tenants are happy. She’s working to restore the complex making sure it’s better than before

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and all I can say is the two new managers in the office are so sweet and caring and they have a great attitude about everything. The new maintenance team is amazing, they are quick to respond to work orders, DEFINITELY better than the last maintenance tech. Things are definitely getting done around here and this place is becoming better and better. I am happy to call this community my home.
