GREEDY AND DIFFICULT!! During the application process, all they wanted was money! They would tell us one thing but the lease would show us another!! We had to call SEVERAL times to address our concerns and they would NEVER answer!! They tried to tell us our esa letter was falsified and told us LAST MINUTE they’re doing a whole different special so we would have to pay a lot of money out of the blue and very last minute!! They couldn’t have their way when we kept getting some charges dismissed (they’re legally required to) so they cancelled our application and told us to start over. I was hoping to move in here to get away from an abusive situation and live in a quiet small town and they just took my money and ruined that opportunity! I would strongly advise anyone considering New Haven Apartments under Villa Serina Properties to stay away. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. I was told by the property manager that my application was approved with a double deposit, but my application was never actually approved yet. The property itself was dirty, unsafe, and poorly maintained, with people hanging outside openly carrying guns. This is absolutely not a safe environment for anyone—especially for families with children. When I asked about my deposit, the property manager lied, stating she needed to speak with corporate and that it would take 30 days to receive my deposit back (and that I would not receive my application fee). Maintenance request to fix a leak allowing rain water into the patio torage room was fixed expertly and efficiently. As with all my maintenance requests. Kudos to the maintenance guys at New Haven!

Lisa was amazing, very helpful , answered all our questions and showed us around the property, very attentive, we love it
