Sara has been a true blessing!!! When I was relocating in a short notice she helped me out to the max, she helped me with details on everything, she even checked on me while I was in process of moving. When I arrived there were goodies and a card in my apartment which was so sweet. She really works so hard here and makes sure everyone has all what they need. She made me feel at home, I felt safe and very much welcomed. I don’t know what I would have done if I did not meet Sara and have her help! Raystone you guys really got a great one! Love Ariauna

My husband and I have enjoyed living here in Ray Stone Apartment! The apartment is equipped with up dated appliances. The neighbors are friendly. Dog friendly community. Never had an issue. The RayStone Team is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend living here!

The Raystone Apts has been very good to my entire family including my dog Ceasar, the environment is very safe and friendly and a beautiful large amount of space to make you feel at home. Mr. Ray and his family work very hard to make sure that if you have any issues(which you should not) they will take care of it instantly this is a very great place to live

Raystone is the best property in Bay City! They are pricey but it is worth the price because appliances are fixed in a timely manor, property is well maintained, and appliances are top of the line. The train will bug you at first but you’ll eventually get used to it so did my 1 year old.

The nicest apartments in town ! If you want the nicest with the lowest monthly rates go here honestly the best ! The agent Sara was so sweet , helpful and knew we wanted to live here ASAP ended up fitting me and my little family right in ! Can’t wait to be apart of this community
