Tell Thomas we had to go upstairs we arrived a half an hour after the closing of wire transfers the lady you spoke to was very very reluctant to help. That's a shame I know a couple of guys that sit on the board here and they would probably turn over in their sleep if they knew that. Past experiences have been very good with these folks it's just that lady that day really was more concerned I think we're getting off then helping us

The bank itself is wonderful and the loan process is easy. I really appreciate the 100% financing on lot loans. However, I suggest you DO NOT deal with loan officer Matt G. at the W Tunnel Blvd. location. He does not return phone calls or emails and he does not follow up or keep you updated. We set up an auto payment for our loan coming from an external bank, emailed him the form, and called him the next day to verify that he received it. He said he received it and that it is set up. Well, a month later, payment was never processed. This time, I called and spoke to someone else and was told that the auto payment was never set up! He also failed to let the realtor know when the loan closing was! Good thing we called the realtor the day before the loan closing to let him know to be there bec

I have done a few transactions with this bank. They are good people that works with customers. No person or institution perfect but South Louisiana represents the best of this community. I suggest u take give each person a chance to show u just how great they really can be. Vivian Kidd

I have seen how this bank has helped so many people over the years. They reach out into the community and give their time and help. They partner with schools to help kids and teachers. They go above and beyond their job to help customers. I am proud of this local bank. During the closing of the community as the result of COVID, they hustled and worked long hours to help businesses get the money they needed to stay afloat via SBA loans while “big banks” didn’t even start (or get a dime for their customers).
