First off, I was pleased with the realtor Desi because she seemed to be professional and compliant when it came to answering my questions and getting the process started. However, I did not like how one of the worker’s, (the one that would normally answer the phone), attitude was when it came to us trying to get clarification about the rental property after approval. It’s like she had an impatient response which I did not like at all. Needless to say, we decided not to follow through with the property. Customer service means a lot to me, and I definitely don’t want to deal with a company that has signs of impatience and a rude attitude.

They are so easy to work with and super up to date on things! The online rental portal is so easy to use and so convenient to pay rent on and put in repair work orders for your rental space. I had dryer trouble and they had someone come out within the week and completely fix the issue!

I recently just moved out of the owners property. Now mind you when I moved in to this house it was filled with nothing but dust, dirt, and trash from the previous tenant. Neither the fridge or stove had been cleaned neither was the yard cut or trimmed. Thankfully my sister is a housekeeper and we managed to clean it ourselves before moving stuff in. We had many issues with plumbing and other things breaking all throughout the year. Anytime we called and it was someone other than Mr. Buddy who answered we had to keep calling them to remind them to come fix the issue. We once went a whole week without water. Upon my 30 day notice they gave me move out instructions in order to get my full deposit back. My sister and I spent 4 hours cleaning top to bottom and we had cut the grass a week befo

I am SO grateful to be renting from SPM in the midst of inflation! They are quick with repairs, professional, and the owner is very personable. Anytime I call the office, the staff is very friendly, and they go out of their way to assist me. I wouldn't want to rent from any other company, and I can't wait to use them as a realtor when I am ready to purchase a property again!

I Love Mr Dale and his staff. They stand for something. They help alot of people who are trying to do good in life. Not many people are like that. They also have nicer rentals for cheaper than average. I have rented for 6 month so far and I have nothing but nice things to say. C Reed
