I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst apartment ever, terrible management, terrible response to work orders. How do I not have hot water in the winter with below freezing temperatures. If you love yourself , just avoid this place by all means

I’ve submitted applications multiple times and they never seem to see them on their end. Yet, I am able to see the application on my end. First nobody answers the phone, and when they do— the african american lady at the front has the worst demeanor. As well as Carmen. She’s always aggressive, and its ready to answer with a nasty attitude. Trust me I know how hard it gets to work with people, I do so myself on a daily basis— yet, I leave all the negativity at home. I come to work willing to help, specially if thats what im supposed to do.The only one that had a positive attitude was a lady from i believe macedonia or Albania.. I went there multiple times and got apartments shown that were available YET, when I applied right away no one evr got back— so whats the point of leasing and having

I have been living here since September 2021, and have been subject to two false lawsuits during my time here. This is all due to the incompetence of the property managers who cannot seem to read their own rental agreement properly, or how to work a payment processing portal. Both lawsuits have subsequently and correctly been retracted, when all of this could have been solved if they had just called me so I could explain their incompetence to them. You are lucky if you are able to get a hold of maintenance. I have had my window screen broken for a year and every time I reach out to maintenance, I am given platitudes. Completely unresponsive and cold management on all fronts.

Despite charging up to $3,125/mo in rent, they're only willing to give tours during hours when most people are going to be working - with no consideration for weekend appointments. For an organization whose entire business is community, they're remarkably adverse to contributing towards that. Judging from their tenant reviews on apartments .com, this seems to fit the bill.

Unfortunately I am not happy with my stay here. They do monthly inspections of your unit for cockroaches whether you are physically present in the apartment or not. This has been going on for the past year. I have had my vehicle towed from the parking lot without notice by the superintendent staff of the complex.
