I have been living here for almost 4 years and I have reached my limit with this place. They are absolutely terrible when it comes to snow removal. I have not been able to move my car out of my parking spot since the storm on Sunday. I called the leasing office and the woman lied to my face and said they already passed through my lot which they did not. She also claimed they only had a “few” lots left to clear which was also a lie. I had an important doctor’s appointment this morning that I had to uber to because my car is blocked in with snow. I also had to call out of work this morning because it is impossible to get my car out. If there were to be an emergency, it would prevent emergency personnel from being able to enter. If I could, I wouldn’t give this place a single star. It’s absolutely awful when it snows. This video is from yesterday, and it had already been two days since the snow fell, and they still hadn’t cleared the street. Every single time it snows, it’s the same disaster, no snow removal, no salt, nothing. Doesn’t matter how good your car is; the street turns into a skating rink where you slide no matter how good your brakes or tires are. This is exactly why I’m leaving this place. Don’t waste your money on this place. By the way, the only street that’s always clean is 1 Reler Ln, where the office is funny, isn’t it?

Where do I even start? Oxford reality, the company that manages this property, is your typical “overlord” type of company, owning a crazy amount of properties that cut costs by using cheap materials, underpaid staff, and lazy excuse machines for property managers. Nothing in this property is ever fixed “well”. The paint is cheap, the lights are cheap, the doors and windows and blinds and everything else are cheap. Snow removal is a joke, speed bump maintenance is non existent, pool and gym are gross and unkempt. Yet somehow rent prices increase every year, like clockwork. Kris, the property manager, is nice on one occasion, when you are signing the lease. I've lived here a few months now and regret the decision. The complex deserves a low rating for many reasons: Facilities and building exteriors are rundown and not maintained. Not sufficient sidewalks. And none have accessible curb cuts. Tons of pine trees which drip sap on cars. The lease allows smoking inside units. Management will do nothing about second hand smoke from inside units. Constant weed smoke prevents us from opening windows and even enters in when all windows are closed in the winter. First floor tenants use the common green as their own personal backyard. Patios are piled up with trash. A significant feral cat population is present on the property. Air conditioning is poorly laid out (there is only one small register in each bedroom). And it can barely keep the apartment at
