I had a great maintenance experience at my Irvine Company apartment. The maintenance technician arrived on time, was very friendly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. He repaired the blinds that were stuck and unable to adjust properly, and now they work smoothly again. He also fixed the toilet paper holder, making sure it was securely installed and stable. The entire process was efficient and professional, and he cleaned up after finishing the repairs. I really appreciate his attention to detail and respectful attitude. Very satisfied with the service and grateful for the prompt maintenance support.

We are relatively new residents here at Somerset Apartments and on occasions have had service requests upon need. We are very much impressed with and grateful to have Zack, our maintenance technician, handling any situation that has or will arise. This gentleman is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and thorough with his performance. We also had the pleasure of being assisted by Nicole, from the residential office, over some troubleshooting we needed help with over some recent upgrades to the property. She handled our inquiries with the upmost patience and quality of service. She addressed our concerns promptly with a very personable approach. We can't say enough how sincerely happy we are as proud residents with all the service members here at Somerset Apartments! Thank you!

This is a bittersweet review of Somerset, which I’ve had the pleasure — and more recently, the displeasure — of calling home for the past (almost) 3 years. The good: - The location is incredible — easy access to a running path, Target, Costco, Trader Joe’s, and just about every store I love. It’s also in a safe and walkable location. - The maintenance team, especially Matt and Brandon, deserves five stars on their own. They’re warm, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. - It's dog-friendly, with grassy areas for dogs to go with waste bags and trash cans to keep the community clean. - I’ve also formed friendships with long-term neighbors that have made this place feel like a true community. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, that sense of community hasn’t extended to management

I already had doubts living in an Irvine Company apartment because I heard so many bad experiences but we gave this one a try and we wish we didn't. We have been living here for 6 months and after a maintenance inspection, they found that the HVAC unit area is wet and there has been mold because of that. At first they said we just need to clear out the area near the HVAC unit so that the repair team can work on it. But when the workers came, they all of a sudden said they need to cut open the wall facing our living room. We were shocked and anxious to hear this news because this means we essentially are unable to use the kitchen, living room, and the office room. We reached out to Irvine Company to see if they can reduce our rent or provide us living accommodations while this repair is bei

I wanna give a giant shout out to the office team!! David, Mauro, and Nicole helped smooth a rough transfer. Had a lot of issues with our new apartment but Zach, Sean, and Stephanie from the maintenance team fixed them all as fast as they could. What an amazing team! Can’t imagine how they have to service 3 communities but they are making it work. Another extra shout out to David though!! He went above and beyond! 💫
