We love living here! The property management team is amazing! Lacey and Larry are the best! Property is very well maintained! When it came to this snow storm they spent their weekend here on site doing snow removal and salting. Even helped us tenants shovel our cars out! Never have I lived anywhere that felt more welcoming!

I lived at Somerford Square for almost 3 years with my daughter. We had a 2 bedroom on the top floor. Lacey is the best property manager I've met in all the places I've lived. She is warm and welcoming and genuinely cares about her residents. They are on top of any maintenance needs with Larry working around the clock it seemed. My pipes froze the day before Christmas Eve around 11pm and he came right over and was there for an hour making sure I had running water. The next day, he was out there, permanently fixing the issue in negative degree windshield. I received my entire deposit back. They do not nickle and dime you. I moved because I wanted something a bit bigger with newer renovations but they have since been renovating. If I don't buy a house by the time my lease is up, I may consid

We have lived here over a year now. Management is amazing and you never have to wait long for a maintenance issue. Everything is always taken care of when needed. Management is always attentive and treats you like family. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a family friendly well taken care of apartment complex.

This is my first time ever being on my own and Lacey made the experience so easy and she’s so nice and friendly! She was super patient and did whatever it took to get us in here! She’s an awesome property manager!! 🥰 the maintenance guy Larry is awesome too working all the time to make sure that everything is in order and working whenever you need him he’s there! They made my first home the best experience possible and I love being here with my family!
